Overview

AZCHESS allows users to connect their own Zoom account, create classroom meetings, and join meetings inside the AZCHESS interface.

Zoom remains the communication provider. AZCHESS provides classroom workflow and UI.

1) Adding the App (Required)

Prerequisites

Step-by-step: Connect Zoom in AZCHESS

  1. Open https://www.azchess.az and sign in.
  2. Go to the Zoom landing/integration entry: https://www.azchess.az/az/zoom.
  3. Open classroom live page: /az/labs/study/classroom/coach/live.
  4. In the Zoom section, click Connect Zoom.
  5. Authorize the app in Zoom OAuth consent screen.
  6. Return to AZCHESS and verify status shows Zoom account linked.

3) Removing the App (Required)

A) Remove connection from AZCHESS

  1. Sign in to AZCHESS.
  2. Open classroom live page and locate Zoom card.
  3. Click Unlink Zoom.

B) Revoke authorization from Zoom account

  1. Sign in to Zoom with the authorized account.
  2. Open Zoom App Marketplace installed apps management.
  3. Locate AZCHESS app and remove/revoke access.
