2) Service description

AZCHESS is a chess learning and coach marketplace platform. Certain chess activity features rely on integrations such as Lichess and other third-party services.

3) Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining account security. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support@azchess.az immediately.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not post deceptive, offensive, or unsafe content targeting other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, or disrupt platform operations.

5) Bookings and payments

Payment, booking, cancellation, and no-show behavior follow the status rules shown in product flows. Final business truth is the server-verified state.

7) Intellectual property

Platform design, content, and software components are protected by applicable rights. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

6) Third-party services

Use of Lichess, Zoom, and other third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We do not fully control third-party availability or behavior.

8) Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, abuse, or security risks.
